The signature dockside experience allows us to curate a spectacular walk-up raw bar complete with barbecued oysters & canapés. We cater year-round in the GTA and during the warmer months, Muskoka and cottage country. Our licensed wine delivery options and elevated service complete our first-class experience.

While oysters are our main game, we have incredible partnerships with some of the best fisherfolk, growers and seafood enthusiasts from both coasts. Our raw bar can include snow crab from Newfoundland, lobster from Nova Scotia scallops from the Bay of Fundy and spot prawns from BC. Combining our oyster bar experience with some of these delicious products is truly an occasion that speaks to a wide range of tastes.

Are you looking for a more substantial dining experience for you and your guests? Leave the Muskoka Low Country Shellfish Boil or the Down East Lobster Boil in our capable hands. Smoked Kielbassa sausage, spot prawns from BC and Brooklands Farms sweet corn and new potatoes. Paired with a few of our summery sides, a sweet treat, and you've created a complete meal worthy of an annual tradition. We're equipped to cook outdoors, over a fire or in the cottage - conviviality at its best!

Acadian sturgeon
and caviar
A business and product that deserves its own highlight. Along the St. John River, in New Brunswick, Cornel Ceapa and his family began developing their highly sustainable sturgeon aquaculture program in 2005. They produce world-class, sustainably harvested, responsibly farmed caviar and sturgeon products that quickly dispel the myth that good caviar must come from Russia or Iran. We eat caviar, love caviar and have had the good fortune of learning about caviar directly from Cornel's hand. It should not go without mentioning that Dr. Ceapa holds a Ph.D. in sturgeon biology! Allow us to bring this historically regal product dockside!

Our seasonally thoughtful salads, side dishes and desserts are created around the bounty of Ontario's growing season. Peaches from Niagara, sweet corn from Muskoka, locally foraged wild berries, and greens are among the products we love to work with as they come to their peak. Adding our sides and desserts is a great way to round out our raw bar offerings to create a complete meal experience.

Is your gathering more intimate, or are you a hobby shucker and enjoy the experience of providing a personal level of hospitality to your guests? Either way, we provide thoughtfully curated oyster shucking kits complete with all the oysters, tools, and instructions you'll need to look and feel like a master of the mollusk! Combine with a grower's Champagne or crisp white wine pairing from our mobile bottle service, and you'll be set up to shine.

Let us cure what ails you the following morning with our prescription hangover cure – the Bloody Caesar! We supply the makings of a complete Caesar bar with pickles, hot sauce, celery, cheese, maple bacon, shrimp, horseradish, lemons, limes, and of course, oysters! You won't know whether to put your oyster in your Caesar or your Caesar on your oyster!
Service includes one of our expert shucker/bartenders.
